Ordering

24 hours` notice (not including weekends and holidays) is required to guarantee a catering that is scheduled Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Orders with less than 24 hours notice will have an additional charge of 15%. Please call the catering office FIRST if less than 24hrs is available to book for your event. This will ensure that we have items you need, or we can suggest other items we can acquire under short time constraints; as limited items are available for ordering in short notice circumstances.

The final guest count must be provided within 24 hours of the event. Charges will be based on this number and guaranteed by the customer.

All events require a contact name and telephone number, the name and phone number of the financially responsible party and an approved method of payment.

TPMG Meetings MUST be accompanied by a BM# in order to be filled

Delivery Minimums

The minimum order for delivery is $10.00. An order with a value of less than $10.00 will be charged $10.00 if the customer still wants the order delivered. The customer may pick up the order to avoid the additional charge.

Cancellations

Less than 24 hours on a cancellation notice will result in a charge of 30% of the quoted price.

No Shows

If Morrison delivers and no one shows up, Morrison will bill 100% of the cost.

Lost or Damaged Items

Lost or damaged equipment and linen is charged at the replacement cost plus 15%.
